Xilium-G gaming chairs are designed and manufactured in Europe, Office Ergonomics promotes and distributes the products throughout the UK.
Product Pricing
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) This is currently 20% on top of the product price.
We include VAT in the price so that you have no shocks or hidden costs at the checkout. The price you see is the price that you will pay!
Payments
Your payment will be processed through PayPal or Wix's payment processing platforms. They are both safe, secure and widely known.

We cannot take verbal payment over the phone and will direct you through to PayPal if you ask to do so.
Delivery Charges
There are none.

We will not charge you for delivery and no extra charges to do so will be applied to your order.
Delivery Times
We endeavor to hold both Xilium-G models in stock (Red & Blue) and aim to dispatch them to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, on occasion, there is a possibility we have to wait for stocks to arrive with us in the UK. If this is the case we will contact you to advise of any possible wait you may have. You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order if the quoted lead time is unacceptable to you. We are obliged and aim to fulfill our commitment to you by delivering within 30 days.
pre-ordering
If you learn at the checkout that a specific chair colour is out of stock you will be given the option to pre-order one if you would like to. Payment will be required at the point of pre-ordering, we chose this so as to ensure that your order is secure rather than on a first come, first served basis where you may get put to the back of the queue. We ask that you allow up to six weeks from ordering for your chair to arrive. We strive to make any wait time shorter than this but it is not always achievable. If it looks like for any reason that the lead time extends beyond this period we will contact you to let you know.
Delivery Locations
We ship to mainland UK postal address only.
returns
For any reason you change your mind once you have received your order, you have 30 days to return any items to us and without giving reason.

This does not apply to faulty products, these are covered under warranty and may be returned for repair or replacement up to five years from purchase.

Please do notify us via email if you wish to return an item so that we are aware of its' arrival.
​
We appreciate that chairs are fairly bulky items and returning one to us may not be straight forward due to the box size (970mm x 600mm x 600mm). If you wish for us to arrange collection and return via our courier, we can do this. However, as we do not charge for delivery we think it not unreasonable that we ask you to cover the cost of returning the item. If our courier collects then you will not be asked for an additional payment by us but the cost of return will be deducted at the point you are refunded.

Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received back into our stock.
​
All returns must include any original packaging provided with the product at the receipt of order.
